Iván built his career where hospitality happens: with the guest, behind the bar, and inside the operation.
What started in service and bartending grew into rum education, tastings, training, beverage development, team leadership, and operations. That experience taught him to see hospitality from both sides: the moments guests remember and the preparation, people, and systems that make those moments feel effortless.
Today, he brings that perspective to private experiences, hospitality teams, beverage programs, and brand collaborations.
